Certified therapeutic stretch practitioner & bodyworker. Manual therapist with extensive experience working with men and women of all ages, serving the DMV. Passionate and dedicated to the wellness of my clients.
Performs table based assisted stretching protocols, which include joint mobilization, and neuromuscular re-education to improve strength, increase power, coordination, agility, daily activity performance, mobility. flexibility, and quicker recovery times which helps to eliminate or reduce injury, pain, tight muscles and/or stiff joints.
